Since I have been living in Sydney I have been loving the shopping experience in my local area. Due to being pretty damn poor after having to pay such high medical costs and not being able to work following my Search and Rescue Training Accident, I have shopped at markets for my vegetable needs and the Many Mixed Business locally for the remainder.

We all think it strange when we return to places of our childhoods and amuse at how small things are, when at the time they all seemed so gigantic.
Well what about when you see movies that were amazing in your childhood again all these years later...? after watching 'flashdance' for the first time in 20 years I was blown away at how shit it is. When I was a little kid the movie was an amazing tale of a dog loving woman who does man jobs, didn't take anything from a man and overcame everything to follow her dreams and maintain her high morals. Now all I saw was a really bad movie, with bad dialogues and even worse manufactured scenes.
I think its best to keep the memories and not ruin great films by watching them again.

Whilst blogging on the British Riots (and yes I'll call them British despite the odd BBC renaming them English) I was surprised by the number of people who emailed me their ideas on what they call 'Agent Provocateurs', that is Policemen dressed as rioters to insight them to do further damage.
Seriously I used to think that folks who reckoned the Moon Landing was faked just needed to see it for themselves, or needed more actual witnesses. However the 9/11 attacks made it very clear that a huge amount of humans will disregard what they can see and assume that their must be greater forces at work.

Its been a week and I what I thought was hayfever as a result of the season change has continued into a really nasty sinusitis. I rarely get a wog, so when I do I'm usually at a loss as to what to do.
Thankfully I have a mother that knows just what to do....and I followed her advice and think I have consumed two years worth of Chili, Garlic, Lemon Juice and Ginger. Lots of broth, lots of head over a hot bowl of water with Eucalyptus Oil and many many mugs of lemon, ginger and dark honey.

There has been an online campaign to have Sesame Street Characters Bert and Ernie get Married now that New York (where Sesame Street is located) has equalised marriage.
Personally I think there is nothing odd about this campaign... after all Barbie and Ken were married and later broke up and this did not sexualise the dolls for children so why would the proposed union not be just the same... the thing that adults do...
I'd prefer they didn't, I liked the fact they argue all the time.... it was funny. It would be odd if that changed.
