The past few weeks have seen me gradually become stronger and stronger and able to walk with great ease and without assistance on flat going. Which is pretty indescribable to be honest.... so I won't try.
I even am able to walk my dog Rosie, which she thinks is the best thing since sliced kibble was invented. Unfortunately I found that when people often offer to do something like walk your dog daily often the reality is quite different and my little dogs exersize regime involved a lot of positive reinforcement training to mentally stimulate her and a lots of fetch and retrieve games down long flights of stairs.

News is the Queen will visit the Republic of Ireland later this year. My first thoughts were that this can't be true and April 1 has snuck up on me. Then as I saw on an ITV news story that it was confirmed by Buckingham Palace that she would be visiting Dublin. I was dumbfounded as it has been 100years since a Reigning Monarch of Ireland's nearest neighbour has visited this once war ravaged country. With good reason due to the hostility towards what has been seen by many as the embodiment of British Imperialism.

On Facebook recently I posted an article by London resident Johann Hari and was criticized for my 'blatant bigotry' toward Muslims. The article highlighted the issue facing Britain of Islamic homophobia and the resulting bigotry taught in Islamic Schools and vicious physical attacks on gays in the street and even inside meeting places. Coupled with this accusation were comments about the Christan faith and its teachings in the Old testament on many thing which vary from the consumption of seafood to sexuality. I was once a fervent Christian I know the teachings in Leviticus well. I look at them as rules for a small band of desert dwellers written to ensure their survival at the crossroads of great civilizations.

I am always heavily criticized for my anti -labor stance by gay men in particular and have received some of the nastiest vitriol imaginable....which I just do not understand. My point has always been that Major parties are all sluggish on equal rights but Labor pretends not to be but is sneakily as anti if not more anti-progressive than the 'Conservatives'. Here is an example of their sneaky ways....
BTW this law IS Appalling and should be turfed out.

Dr Phil tells mother not to let her son play with dolls
Dr Phil the popular Counselor on daytime TV gave the weirdest advice I think I have heard from even a TV professional ... answering a mother who was concerned about her son playing with Dolls Dr Phil suggested keeping girls toys away from the boy.
Um what?
