David accepts an invitation from Rice Growers Australia and Riverina Regional Tourism to go on a rice farm tour in one of Australia's most productive food growing regions. The Riverina produces over 25% of the agricultural output of NSW and is home to iconic brands including Berri Juice, Freedom Foods and SunRice. In this episode David meets Leeton rice farmer Gary Knagge on his property and learns why rice farming in Australia is more sustainable than in other parts of the world.
